Terms of Service

Welcome to ResumeScore AI ("ResumeScore AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

ResumeScore AI analyzes resumes against job descriptions and helps you rewrite them using AI. ResumeScore AI does not invent experience, skills, employment history, dates, or metrics — it only rewrites content you provide.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use ResumeScore AI.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, cover letters, and any other content you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate the service on your behalf, including sending it to our AI providers for analysis and rewriting.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have rights to.
• Do not use ResumeScore AI to generate false claims about experience, credentials, or identity.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI usage limits.

5. Plans, billing and quotas

Free, Pro, and Power plans have monthly quotas as described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. AI output disclaimer

AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to any employer. ResumeScore AI does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; this permanently deletes your resumes, analyses, and generated content.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
